HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer FREE postage to all UK addresses!
Unfortunately we do not post outside of the UK
WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE DISPATCHED?
We aim to dispatch our items next working day. During super busy times your order may take up to three working days, we'll make sure to pop a notification up on our homepage so you know if it's going to take a little longer than usual!
WHAT DELIVERY METHOD DO YOU USE?
Most of our items are sent first class through Royal Mail. For larger items such as sweatshirts, hoodies and larger orders with multiple items, we will use Evri. You will receive a tracking code for all items shipped using Evri and you can track your parcel here!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?
UK
Items dispatched using Royal Mail first class more than often arrive next working day, but we like to say 1-3 incase of any small delays! Deliveries with Evri can take between 3-5 working days.
DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
We will do our absolute best to offer next day delivery if you need it! Next working day guaranteed by 1pm starts from an extra £6. Next day delivery guaranteed for Saturday is an starts from an extra £8. Prices will depend on the quantity and size of the items. Contact us if you want to use this option! For customers outside of the UK next day delivery will be very expensive, but if you really need something get in touch and we'll see what we can do!
I NEED MY ITEM ASAP
We will try our best to get your item out the same working day if you need it ASAP! Please Contact us. As we make our items to order we do require enough time to make and dispatch your order, the earlier you contact us, the more likely we are to be able to dispatch it same day.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
If you've made a mistake on your address contact us as soon as you can. If we're able to we'll get it changed for you!
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM
Items can sometimes get delayed in the post. We require all of our UK customers to wait 5 working days, if your item still hasn't arrived, it is possible it's been lost in the post. Please contact us and we'll help sort the issue out!
UK:
Claims for missing parcels due to either the postal service or providing the incorrect address need to be made within 30 days.
HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE PACKAGED?
Our orders are sent out in either a blue, green, pink or grey opaque bag, with an address label and postage on the front and a return sticker on the back. There is no branding on the outside of the parcel, so if you're ordering a present, no one will be able to sneak a peak! Our mugs are packed in boxes, with lots of padding both in and out!
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAP?
We do! Gift wrap is available for an extra £3 we will wrap your order in fully recyclable wrapping paper, you can choose from red, silver, pink or gold! We will also include a gift tag with a handwritten note (or we can leave it blank) just get in touch if you need more info!
