RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Every item is made to order, so please get in touch if you have any sizing queries etc. It's really important we try to keep our return rate down as we're unlikely to sell the same thing twice!
We are happy to accept returns for eligible items up to 14 days after receipt of item, if you would like to exchange your item for a different colour, size or design, or to simply return the item, please ensure the item is returned in the same condition as it was received with all tags attached. Please include a small slip of paper in your parcel with your name, your order ID and your request for an exchange or a refund to the following address:

Postage and packaging will not be refunded, buyer pays for return postage.
If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you have ordered (it happens!) please contact us within 14 days upon receipt of the item and we will give you a full refund or replacement, on receipt of evidence (photograph or return of item).
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Items purchased between November the 1st and December the 31st can be returned until January the 31st. Items must be returned within 14 working days after we accept the return request.
CUSTOM / PERSONALISED ITEMS
These items will not be eligible for return or exchange of size, if we have made a mistake please contact us and we'll be happy to sort it out.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please check your address as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses. We will be happy to change addresses if we receive your message before we dispatch your item.
If you do not receive your parcel because of an incorrect spelling or you missed out part of an address please contact us so we can work together on the issue.
